"serial experiments lain" was launched in 1998 as a media mix project with simultaneous magazine serialization, TV anime broadcast, and game release. It depicts the fluctuating boundaries between the real world and the network world, and the transformation of human connections, and remains popular as an experimental work that foreshadowed the later internet society.

Project Overview

Fashion brand SEVESKIG will host a collaborative project with "serial experiments lain" titled SEVESKIG presents "let's all love lain".

This project, "let's all love lain", is a collaboration that reinterprets the charm of "serial experiments lain" from SEVESKIG's unique perspective. It proposes a new experience that connects to the world of the work, traversing fashion and video experiences.

During the period, a POPUP exhibition "let's all love lain" will be held at Laforet Harajuku. At the venue, in addition to collaborative items unique to SEVESKIG, there will be an exhibition that reinterprets the originality of "serial experiments lain".

Furthermore, as a linked project, a special screening of all 13 episodes of the TV anime "serial experiments lain" will be held at Ikebukuro HUMAX Cinemas. This will offer an experience that connects to the world of the work through the theater screen.

Through this project, everyone, "let's all love lain".
