Project Overview
Fashion brand SEVESKIG presents "let's all love lain," a collaboration project with "serial experiments lain."
Since its TV broadcast and game release in 1998, "serial experiments lain" has depicted the fluctuating boundary between the real world and the network world, set against the uncertain atmosphere of a transitional era. Its unique worldview continues to garner passionate support across generations and borders, even more than a quarter-century after its initial broadcast.
This project, "let's all love lain," is a collaborative effort that reinterprets the appeal of "serial experiments lain" from SEVESKIG's unique perspective. It proposes a new experience that connects to the world of the work, spanning fashion and cinematic experiences.
During the period, a POPUP exhibition titled "let's all love lain" will be held at Laforet Harajuku. The venue will feature collaborative items unique to SEVESKIG, as well as an exhibition project that reinterprets the originality of "serial experiments lain."
Furthermore, as a related project, a special screening of all 13 episodes of the TV anime "serial experiments lain" will be held at Ikebukuro HUMAX Cinemas. Through the cinema screen, we will deliver an experience that connects you to the world of the work.
