About Vol.9 SPECIAL ORDER

Recently, perhaps due to the effectiveness of my blog, I've been receiving special orders every week.

I wrote about this in the NEWS section before, but today I would like to write about how to proceed with SPECIAL ORDER.

First, please make an appointment via our website inquiry.

After that, we will contact you by email to let you know what kind of item you would like to make.

Once you have decided on the general idea, if you live near Tokyo, please come to our office so we can take your measurements.

*If you cannot come to the office, please send us the size of the clothes you own that you would like made.

At that time we will decide on the actual leather and other materials (lining, zipper, dot buttons, buttons, etc.).

If the design is unique, I draw a design sketch and communicate via LINE or email.

This is the actual design drawing that was ordered the other day.

After drawing the design and taking measurements, we create a toile (fitting) using Melton fabric.

This is the actual toile fabric.

Once the toile is made, we will have you come back to our shop to make any fine adjustments.

*If you are unable to visit the store, we will send you the toile and you can try it on via ZOOM or other means.

After fine-tuning, the production pattern is created.

After that it will be produced.

*In the video, a different riders jacket is sewn.

The coat in the photo uploaded in Vol.2 is finished.

This is how we will produce SPECIAL ORDER.

We are receiving a steady stream of orders for brown bear products, and will begin production as soon as the leather is ready.

Unfortunately, it seems that the Ezo deer for this year has run out, and the SPECIAL ORDER will also end for the year.

*We are currently accepting orders, but delivery will be around February of next year.

And this month I'm heading to the heart of game leather.

I'm already excited at the prospect of having some new and interesting encounters.
