Vol.41 秋冬物充実してきました
次の企画に向けて色々仕込み中なのですが、少し時間と心の余裕ができたのでブログ更新したいと思います。
海外オーダーが締まらず22SSを引きずっていますが、都内も秋めいてきて半年ぶりにライダースに袖を通しました。
いつもレザーは服の部屋にかけっぱなしなんですが、半年触らなくてもしっとりといい感じの風合いになっています。
雑誌とかでよくレザーの手入れみたいな特集あると思うんですけど、あんなにみんな手入れしてるのかなと不思議に思いますw
逆にあんなにいっぱいオイル入れたり、ブラッシングしたりしたら銀面は傷付くしオイルが入り切らなかったりで良くない事の方が多いんじゃないかな。。
もともとオイルが少ない革はやった方が良いのかな？
うちはそんなにオイルが抜け切るような革を作ってないので、不思議でしょうがないですね。
ちなみに今日は一番初めに自分用に作った蝦夷熊のライダースを着てきました。
3年半くらい前ですが、良いアジ出てきました。
蝦夷熊革は硬いと思っている人が多いと思うのですが、着初めは確かに硬いです。
2年くらい我慢すれば自分の身体に合うので、むしろ他の革より着やすい気がします。
感じ方なので個人差はありますが。
先週スペシャルオーダーをお客様二名にお渡ししました。
初めに熊を買ってくれた方が鹿をオーダーしてくれていたのですが、やっぱり鹿の方が着やすいね、とおっしゃってました。
その週末に別のお客様に熊革をお渡ししたのですが、その方はこの硬さが良いね〜っておっしゃってましたw
蝦夷鹿の写真撮り忘れたのですが、オイルワックス仕上げの透明感のあるセージグリーンが印象的なライダースに仕上がっていました。
蝦夷熊の写真は撮ってあったので載せておきます。
今回も繊維がしっかりと詰まった革で程よく光沢があるいい革です。
厚みは1.6mm平均ですが、厚い所で2mmくらいはありました。。
ちなみに#21の針が一本曲がりましたw
袖下は窮屈にならない様にお腹の方の革を使用しています。
背中は一枚革で仕上げたのですが、一頭分で背中一枚しか取れませんでした。
これが本当の贅沢仕上げです。
蝦夷熊でコーチジャケットって言うのもお洒落でいいですね！
裏地は冬用にして欲しいとの要望だったので、保温性のある3レイヤー素材を使用しています。
10月は蝦夷熊×1、蝦夷鹿×2を仕上げる予定です。
お待たせしているお客様もうしばしお待ちください。
今年の蝦夷熊はあと1着分くらいは取れそうなので、早い者勝ちでオファーお受けします。
蝦夷鹿は4〜5着分はあると思います！

ウールの産地である尾州で引いた、シルク100%の糸を使って編み立てた両面起毛の シルク100％フリース。
オリジナルで作った生地なので、他には一切出回っていません。
これは試着でも良いので着てもらいたい商品です。
一度は見た事がある90年代の映画のモチーフだと思うのですが、僕が自分で描き起こしたオマージュグラフィックですw
シルク100%って言う事で蚕の成虫をモチーフにしました。
本当におすすめなので、ぜひ16日に触りにきて頂ければと思います。
