前身には映画『PERFECT BLUE』を象徴する絵コンテを配置し、背面のレイヤード部分に映画のメインビジュアルをプリント。
作中でボロボロになっていく主人公『霧越 未麻』の心情を、クラッシュ加工で表現しました。
背面部分は破って着てもらっても、そのまま着てもらっても面白いTシャツになっています。
袖口部分は初めからロールアップしている仕様になっています。
